  • L2 EAD eligibility

    Hello Fellow members.

I'm Currently on a long-term assignment in the US on L1B Visa, though my payroll hasn't transferred yet. I'm being paid at my base Location in Dublin, while all the expenses in US(housing, transport, etc are borne by employer/customer, including per diem.

My wife has a valid L2 Visa, can she apply for EAD even if I'm not paid in the US?

Yes, she can apply - please keep your bank statement from Dublin (normal salary) as well as from USA (per diem) ready for EAD application.
