Hi all,
I attended the L1A Blanket interview at Ottawa, Canada on 21-Sept-2018 with my wife and kid. Below are the questions from VO,
What is your total years of exp with the Current employer?
About the Client and the Project..
How many direct reportees?
What are their Job Titles?
What is your Highest degree?
I did Master degree, So the VO was asking whether I have done any research or publications. I said "NO".
Then the VO said "Congratulations. I'm approving your Visa. You will get your passport in 3 - 5 days". Then on the same day, I received a email from the Consulate asking for additional documents- Resume & Transcripts. I emailed the required document to them. My status was showing as "Admin Processing". Then after 2 days, I got the email from the Consulate that they are moving my case to 221(g) and shipping our passports back. And the processing is going to take 30 - 90 days of time. We are stuck here in Canada.
Is anyone in the same situation or waiting for 221(g) approval? Please share your experiences. I'm not sure how it is going to work out.
