  • L1 visa appointment for wife and son

    Hi all,

My L1 individual petition has got approved and I've booked an appointment on 11th October. While booking an appointment, I had filled all my family details, so now appointment has been taken for my wife and son (7 year old) too for L2 visa.

However, looking at all experiences shared - we feel not taking my son there would be better option (than starving him for long hours).

Doubt is - even though I've added them in my appointment (wife and son), will it be okay to not to take him for the appointment? Or now we *have* to take him?

Appreciate some guidance, if anyone has done this before.

You should take him with you to avoid any issues.

At embassy, you can request faster processing (skipping the queue) since you are with family.
