L1b Blanket Rejected

Hi All,

My L1B Blanket got rejected on 27th September. I wanted to know after how much time can I apply for L1B Individual. Also I wanted to know while applying for the individual petition, can I instead apply for L1A since I am working in mid-level manager/specialist role and have teams reporting to me as well. Will initial application in L1B and then later on application via L1A affect chances of getting the VISA ?

You can apply for L1B individual almost immediately.

Switching to L1A right now will raise questions for VO - for L1A better to wait for an year.
