L2B Visa PED and VISA expiration dates different from L1B

I got my L1B VISA stamped last year and recently(Sep,2018) applied for L2B from my dependents.Their VISA also got approved.

But after receiving thier passport, I realized the PED,VISA expiration dates are different from my L1B VISA.
Since i applied in 2017, PED & VISA expiration dates are in 2020 and my dependents applied on 2018 thier Expiration & PED dates are in 2021.

Is this normal & ok?

Yes. Visa expiry date has got nothing to do with your PED. A visa expiry date merely means that you could apply for entry in to the US anytime before that date. Your PED and other things determine whether you will be admitted at POE.
