Correct IRS form to work as a freelance with EAD and L2 Visa

Hi,
i and my wife are in the US since 2015, both have our EAD and i work with my sponsor with my L1.
We filed the I-485 AOS but still pending.
My wife is starting to work as a freelance, but we are not sure which IRS form should file.
I see there is the W-8 and W-9 form, the employee gave her the W-9, but not sure if is the right one.

I need to know which one we should use.

W-9 is right because both of you are resident aliens for tax purposes, because you are staying in the US the whole year.
