L1A Stamping and dropbox eligibility | valid i-979 but VISA expired

Hi,

I have valid i-979 till Nov 2019 and visa expired on Feb 2018. I am going to India for visa stamping in Dec 2018.

I arrived in US on L1 Blanket visa and I have already filed my extension twice. They say I am no more in Blanket visa but now Individual after my extensions.

Please suggest if I am still eligible for dropbox or have to go for interview?
