L1B Blanket extension Interview questions

Hi All,
I am currently on L1B blanket expiring in march 2019. I will need to go for an extension stamping soon at a US consulate.

I would like to know what will be the questions for an extension.
and any suggestion on the place of interview like India vs Mexico vs Canada vs Bahamas.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Questions will be similar to what's been asked for your initial visa.

It would be best to go to your home country for stamping. However people have got visa in other countries also, but few were asked to go to home country from their & they ended up paying extra for tickets.
