Yes, i received RFE on my L1-B extension request on 11 December 2018.
I will reply during end of January.

Can anyone suggest me if i have to leave US after 240 days of extension application filing.

Note: i have L1-B visa stamped on passport with validity till 02 December 2020, and my I-94 validity is till 09 February 2021.
Only my I-129 petition expired on 22 November 2018.

Its 240 days from the end of your petition expiry date, so for you it'll be 20th July 2019. You can continue if you get your approval before 20th July 2019.

Also, since your I94 is valid till Feb 2021 - I guess you can stay after 20th July 2018 but cannot work (in absence of approval).
