Currently i am working in a managerial position (for more than 3 years) and planning to take up a specialist role in US, therefore my company is planning on getting L1B stamping done for me. Once i get L1B stamped then am i eligible to apply under an EB-1C green card or do I need to go through PERM Labor Certification?
