  • L1B or L1A ?

I got my L1 extension done in the US. I will be travelling to India this December and planning to get the visa stamped. My current visa expires on 30th June 2019 and my current visa is L1B however my new approved petition is L1A. If I come back to US without stamping (with valid visa), will I be on L1B or L1A ?

Since your petition is renewed, you no longer maintaining your L1B status, for next visit you'll need a new visa (i.e. L1A).
