I am currently working in the US on an EAD via a spouse E2 visa which is due to expire. I want to apply for an L visa but I see that the requirement is that I worked for one year OUTSIDE the US. Since I have been in the US working for the company, would I still be eligible to have my time considered towards the 1 year? I have been working for 3 months so far

The L visa is for inter-branch transfer - transferring from an outside USA branch to USA branch, which doesn't seems to be in your case.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
