L1A for Canadian citizen

Hi

Being a Canadian citizen, I applied for my L1A at Port of entry by road. It was approved. I paid the fee and got the I-94 valid for 3 years. But from what I understand, the approved I-797 would be mailed to me. Does anyone have any processing timelines for the same? where can I check for the same
