USCIS education evaluation

Hello, I'm on L1 visa and preparing for GC now. My job description has a requirement of a bachelor's degree.

I am going to have my education credentials evaluated from WES for my immigration purpose. This is a 3 years bachelor degree from University of Pune, India, and I have passed in 2004. I'm expecting the report to be a US equivalent Bachelor's degree from WES. I have heard that WES evaluates this degree as US equivalent bachelor's if criteria like university rank/grade, result in first division are met.

My question is, if WES grants US equivalent bachelor's degree, is USICS going to accept this evaluation?
