L1 application and Adult Child as dependent

Am exploring to shift to US on L1. however what am gathering , L1/L2 does not entertain applications for child who are adult (>21) though dependent. Could you share your exeprience in such cases... is there a way we can find a workaround or legal route to get adult child to get visa along with family or any other suitable visa.

They can visit you on B2 visa or they can apply for F1 (Student) visa & continue their study in USA.
