impact green card process if I apply H1B Visa?

My husband has L1A Visa, and I has L2 visa, we filed 140 and 485 for green card, now we are still waiting for 140 approval.
I started to work in US at September of 2017, I would like ask my employer to apply H1B Visa.
I have three questions:
question 1: during green card process, could I apply H1B Visa?
question 2: could H1B Visa apply reset my green card process and I need file green card again?
question 3: if I get H1B Visa, could new Visa type impact my green card process?
