Hi All,

I had my L2 EAD during 2013 - 2015. I also worked during that time. Then we went back to India and now again came to US in July,2018. I want to apply for my L2 EAD again. My question is - Do I need to apply for L2 EAD as a renewal or as a new application: Appreciate your response!

Did your spouse changed his company? You got a new L2?

No. He is with the same company. Last time we came on L1B visa and this time it is L1A.

If I file for a new application, I have a column in the form that asks if I have ever filed I765 before. Should I say "Yes" or "No" for that, because I did file for I765 in 2013.

The question reads as "if you EVER filed I765". So choose "Yes".
