L2 or H1b extension

L2 or H1b extension

Hi,

Currently, I am working on H1b and i have completed only 3 years on h1b. My husband is on L1. should i go for h1b extension or file for L2/EAD?

can I file both together?

L2 EAD would be a better bet - easy quick & straight.

However your H1 have its own positive side, in case if your husband (L1) looses his job, he can still continue to stay in USA on H4 & vice versa.
