Spouse i94 Expiring Dec - 2019 - EAD expiring on Jan 2019.

MyL1 petition extension is in progress and received receipt no

Please let me know if I can file the renewal of My spouse EAD as her i94 is valid till December.

Also, share the list of document that I need to file a renewal

You should have filed for extension of EAD along with your L1A petition renewal. You could receive all three answer at the same time. If you file EAD renewal now, it might take longer.
