Hi All,

What if someone's VISA get approved and he/she tell his/her organization that VISA has been rejected as he/she got some issue in family,specially L1B.

Can company's attorney find out that VISA wasn't rejected?

Yes, they can find it out.

The simplest way is to ask you to show your original passport or leave the job. They can also pull back the petition and/or inform USCIS to ban you to enter USA for years. In both of these cases that visa will be of no use for you.
