Hi all,
I am currently looking to move from L1B to L1A and was wondering if anyone in this forum recently went through that process. I am interested in knowing more information about that.
Some questions I have
- What process is better - through USCIS or visiting a Consulate.
- If through USCIS, what is possibility of getting an RFE? In RFE what kind of questions are generally asked. What is the chances of RFE getting through?
- What kind of questions are asked in the RFE?
- If through a Consulate, which consulate is better? My lawyers are pushing through the consulate option and are suggesting me to go to Canada. But I am worried I might get stuck there.
- Does anybody went to Zurich for L1A visa and any experiences there? I might need to go there for some business purpose and wanted to see if I can include this when I go there?
