I am an L-2 visa holder, and my visa is currently expires in 2020.
My husband's L-1B visa extension was approved till 2020 and we have the original approval notice.
My current visa, because it was issued at the time of the first L-1B approval, has old Petition No. and old PED on it, but still valid, with the same petitioner.
I need to travel outside the U.S., do I need to get a new visa because P# and PED is different (updated)?
or can I reenter with my current visa, and the original approval notice? (and marriage certificate for proof of spousal relationship)
Please advise!
Thank you!
