Hello All,
I need suggestion for my situation,
I am Applying for L1B for 3Years.(Till 2021). But My company's Petition is expiring in next 10 months.
Company has inform me that they will start renewal process in next 3 moths and will extend the petition.

So, is it ok to apply now for 3 years? Do Visa officer will approve my L1B ?
OR He will ask, How can you apply for 3 years as your company's petition is expiring in 10 moths?
What should be my answer?
