DS 160 for dependents

My immigration petition has been filed and my wife is a dependent on my petition. For my wife's DS 160, what shall be the answer to below?

Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?

I have seen mixed responses across the web and hence looking for some help from this mighty community!
