L2 For Government Employee

Hello,

I am applying for L1B. My wife is government employee(Municipal corporation in waste management dept.). I am also planing to apply L2 for her. She will not resign her job. She will apply for long leave.
Please help me with below queries -
Does it has any risk on my L1B visa approval as my wife is government servant?
Do I need additional document Like NOC from her Dept?(As we don't have fixed travel plan, Its hard to get the NOC from Her Department)?
For safer side is it ok if I will not include her job details in DS-160? (Put as Homemaker)

Please Help urgently. Any Feedback/Experience/Thoughts will be highly appreciated.

If you can get one NOC for near future (Any dates) it would be good for her L2 - though not required.
