Got 221g for H1. can i Take oppintment for L1

Hi Friends,
I have attended for H1b visa interview in Jun 1st in Chennai embassy. I got the 221g for asking petitioner documents and also they asked me to visit with embassy without an appointment in any Tuesday or Wednesday.

Meanwhile the present company putting pressure on me to go to USA. i am working world top MNC. Can i take L1 appointment with out any problem?

Please give me you opinion on this.

I am in a similar situation.
Have you applied for L1? If yes, did you mention about H1b refusal in DS-156 form while appearing for L1?

Please mail me the implications of getting 221g and then appearing for L1
