L1A extension with medical health concern for US citizen baby

My L1A extension is coming in next 5 months and my US born baby needs special medical assistance from US doctors as he had prior major surgery. Do I have any option to supply a letter from doctor on medical condition of US citizen baby to get help on visa extension?
Or any other way that can help to get confirm extension to stay in US.

I don't think medical condition of US born baby will have any positive impact on your visa extension.
