H1b to L2 and EAD
Hi,
I am planning to change my visa status from h1b to L2. I have few questions
1. If there is any way to file an application now and specify a start date for L2 so that by the time I complete my current assignment, my COS would be approved.
2. If I file COS and EAD concurrently, what are the current approval timelines and probability of getting approval, both COS and EAD, at the same time?
