I came to US in 2016 with my L1A ( Individual VISA). My visa is expiring on April 2019.
I have already handed over the filling documents to my company attorney and waiting for the actual filing.
In my org chart, I have 11 total subordinated ( 8 direct and 3 indirect). The associate who reports to me is also a Project Manager, which is also my role.
so the question is- Is this not acceptable that a PM can report to another PM ? The project I manage is a large project and I oversee the entire portfolio. My direct subordinate ( who is also a Project Manager under L1A VISA), manages a part of the portfolio and acts more of a technical PM. The same thing has been clarified in my documentation.
Kindly advise with your experiences if this is going to be an issue.
