L2 Extension process
Hi ,
I was in L1A and have renewed my L1 Blanket visa from Canada this month, I have got the new visa for next 3 years .
My family's visa is getting expired by 15th Feb 2019 and I need to know if my family need to go out of country (Mexico/Canada) and get their visa stamped from US embassy .
Or is there any way to get their I94 extended without going out of US?
if yes then how ?
And if we are going with the i94 extension can my wife renew her EAD ?
Hope to get some response to the soonest .
