I am on L1 VISA and I 94 is valid till July 2021 , VISA is valid till 01 MAR 2019 . I travelled to India on July and while re-entry at CBP officer gave me i 94 valid till July 2021. My kids and spouse did not travel and has i 94 valid till May 2019.
Now my question is. My company has filed i-539 the extension for my spouse and kids and they have also filed the my spouse i-765 for EAD to the vermont processing center which has processing time for i-765(EAD) ~5 month , and processing time for i-539 for ~12-15 month.
Considering the current situation is it possible to get the EAD for my spouse within 5 month based on my i 94 while his i539 is still pending ?
