L1 Individual RFE, after blanket denial

Dear members,

My L1 B Blanket was 'not clearly approvable'. After that my firm refiled in individual mode with the same petition under premium processing.

Please can you advise if there are chances of approval now and any guidance on how to approach RFE.

As long as your all documents are correct - your chances are still high to get approval.

Blanket denial doesn't have any impact on Individual petition. Best of luck !!
