L2 Approved but Passport not delivered

Hi All,

My wife appeared for L2 Visa last week on 5th Feb (along with my two kids applications as they are 4 and 8 yrs old)
Visa officer said "Your Visa is approved" and took all three passports.

My Kids passports were delivered in 3 days on 8th Feb.

But my wife status is still showing "Your Passport is still with US embassy/Consulate"
When I checked on Non Immigrant Visa Status it shows "Administrative Processing" and this can take several weeks.

Please follow the instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of the Interview - To our surprise there were no instructions provided.

Not sure how to proceed further

Can we reach out to US Embassy for an update?
Do we have any direct contact information to talk to the concerned team on the status?

Yes, you can call the local embassy directly or email them as well.
