Can I get L1A if job requires master but applicant has Associate Degree only

Hey there,

Question is in title.

When a company wants to hire a specific person for a job that requires a bachelor or even a master can they hire also a person who has just an Associate Degree?

Question relates to L1A eligibility as well as to Greencard EB1-C afterwards. Just want to understand if hiring is possible and if L1A and Greencard could be denied due to the fact the job description says Master is required but person has Associate Degree only.
