Hi just spoke to a lawyer he said if you have only 9 employees in india Your L1a Visa will be rejected L1A VISA IS NOT RELIABLE FOR SMALL BUSINESS .
SO SUGGESTED YOU BUY A RUNNING BUSINESS IN THE US WITH 10 EMPLOYEES BY INVESTING 300000 USDOLLARS .
Does any one have any experience regards to this?

If you are ready to invest $300K, then I would suggest you to wait somemore time & invest little more, say $500K & look for EB5 Green Card directly.
