L1b Visa petition & I-94 expiring before my delivery date

Hi All,

I'm in a great stress. My L1b petition & I-94 is expiring in May. I'm Pregnant & expecting to deliver in June. Which makes it clear that I cant board a flight after April if my visa extension gets denied after April.

My visa extension is still not filed & waiting to file premium processing in few weeks. What are the options I have?

a) Travel to India by April with no regards to visa status (as I cant travel after 7th month)
b) Wait till May & hope for best to get extension.
c) Any other suggestions?

File your extension during the last week of your expiry of petition under normal processing.

Right now under normal processing an petition extension would easily take 7-8 months for any response & you can legally stay in USA till that time.
