How much time I have to send my passport for Visa Stamping

Please help me .

I am From India, I went to Canada for L1A Visa & I got 221G- Admin Processing.
Now after 10 month today I got an email from Canada US consulate to send my passport to further processing.
I am facing some personal problem and I cannot travel t Canada for my visa stamping until May-2019
Do we know if there is any time limit or last date to send the Passport for Visa stamping,

You can just send them passport for stamping, you don't need to travel in person I believe. Was that first time you applied for L1A visa or you tried to renew your visa? If you renew and while applying for visa did they cancel your current visa so you stuck outside US for 10 months?

You can just send them passport for stamping, you don't need to travel in person I believe.

You cannot send passport out of country over mail - specially Indian passport.
