I-129S with US embassy stamp

I received 3 sets of I-129S from my company attorney and submitted all 3 copies to the US embassy. However, the staff at the US embassy requested only 2 copies from me.
The visa officer stamped on those two copies and returned me only one copy. I only have one I-129S form with US embassy stamp.

1) Is this normal?

2) What are the documents to show to the immigration officer at the port of entry?

Keep that remaining I129S & show it along with your visa to CBP officer at POE.
