Hi All,
My L1B visa is about to expire in April and i'm trying to understand my options. I have recently interviewed for I-485 in USCIS NY office. I did not receive any update since the interview but it was a quick and easy going interview. It took approx 20-25 min.
My initial EAD expired in Nov 2017 and i applied for renewal in Oct 2017, still awating for EAD renewal.
I am afraid to travel out side of US to apply for L1B extension since in case of any refusal on L1B extension, i am not sure if i can re enter the country.
I appreciate your suggestions.
My timeline is: (married to US citizen)
Concurrent Filing i130, i765, I485 ON 7/3/2017
EAD arrival: 11/26/2017
EAD renewal: 10/6/2018
I-485 Interview: 2/26/2019
