Filed EAD request 5 months back still no update

Hi,

I am here on L2 visa and filed for my EAD on October 12th 2018.I have done concurrent filing for Visa Renewal(797C(I-539 form) and EAD renewal but no update at all.
How much is it taking to get EAD renewal? Is someone out there is the same or almost same situation as mine? How do I follow up with USCIS the call wait is around 1 hour and still they response saying "its in the process"?

Which service center is it? Is it still in Case received status? When will your current ead expire? I filed mine on Jan 14 and still waiting for an update.

Try to expediate.They will say it can not be done.But surprisingly ours came on 106th dayGood luck.Same center!
