Clarification Needed on Approved L1B Individual Petition

Hello All Fellowmates,

I have received Approval Notice for L1 B Individual petition filed from my employer. I have initiated this process from Berlin, Germany, hence my Approval Notice has listed Berlin as Consulate or POE.

Please advice If I need to appear for PA in Berlin Consulate or can I apply elsewhere in Europe or India.

Also, please note that in the approval notice there is also a statement which says "If circumstance change, the petitioner can file Form I-824 to have us notify another consulate of this approval.

I need your advice and suggestions on this, please help.

If Berlin is your current residence then go to Berlin consulate only. If not file form I824 & change your consulate.
