Hi,
I applied for H1B through a consultant and appeared for Visa interview in FEB 2006.I was given 221(g) asking for additional information.The consultant is still trying to get the required documents .
Now my present employer is asking me to apply for L1.
1)What are my chances of getting L1 visa when my H1 has been refused under 221(g).
2)In DS-156 form, there is a question " Have you ever been refused a US visa?". Do I have to mention here that I appeard for H1B and got 221(g) form.Does getting 221(g) form mean "REFUSAL OF VISA" ?
