I129 forms not returned by the consulate

Experts,

I visited Delhi consulate and got my Blanket L1 approved. As per one of my friends, the consulate officer should have handed over 2 copies of I 129 forms to me, which he didn't ( I guess that he was new to this)

How should I go about this? Though I haven't received my passport yet, but I guess that I should be getting all the forms along with it. Has it happened with any of you?

Does anybody have any suggestions on dos and donts? Also, is it possible to call them up and clarify ? I can see only vfs numbers available on the site; there is no US consulate number.

Alright! It's been quite long but I would reply for the benefit of others. I did get the form back after calling up several times and using a personal contact. However, I think that I put so much of effort in vain as I have never got to use that form yet.
