I have a valid L1 visa stamped till Dec 2007 got through a company in India which i worked for 5 years from 2001 to 2006.
In that period I went to US using that visa and was there for around 2 years and came back to india in feb 2006.
A few months back I moved to a new company in India. But currently I am planning to join my old company again.
In this case if I join my old company,can I use the same Visa to travel to US through my old company or should the whole process be initiated again.
