Current L1 interview process

Hi... Could someone who recently attended L1 interview, abreast me of the exact details.

Like once I get the appointment what is the whole process.

1) Which window/queue 1st, which next...
2) Are there any documents which I need not carry, or somethings which I should carry as they cld be helpful.
3) What is pre-screening of documents, if the petition is already approved?
4) What questions are asked in interview?

I just need to have a picture of the whole process before I go in there... I might go to Delhi/Chennai consulate for the interview
