    L1 visa stamping and I -797 is valid for 4 months only

    I am in US on L1B visa. My I-797 is valid till Feb - 2007.

    I am planning to visit India in this October. During that visit I need to get my L1B stamped because it is expired right now.

    Do you guys see any issue in me getting the visa as my I-797 will be valid only for 4 months at the time of visa stamping?
