Strange Problem............

I have almost read through all the posts that are made in this discussion forum. My case is quiet unique ....let me know your response.


Last month i have got my L1 stamped through my company, but after stamping due to some managerial difference i have put down my papers ....this 15 i have appointment for H1 at chennai counstalte.

I have got my complete documentation from my counsltant including tax returens in US, with no project and client letter. He has suggested me to tell them that i will be working under a counsltant payrole in US....and once after reporting he would allocate me a project.

I like to know your responses to my following queires.

What are the chances of me getting the visa since currently i would be employed for just 10 days....and also not holding a prject related documents... . ..and what should i say if he asks why i ahve left my prev org....

Hi Guys n Gals,
THe problem of not having Proj docs frm Consultant appears to be prevalent problems. Someone plzz advice on how to handle this kind of situation .

Ask the consultant company to offshore the project so you can start working on the project immediately. Then you can come here during the implementation of the project.
