I had been to US in 2001. I was there on an L1 visa. I went in July and returned back in October.
There is an I-94 form which I filled on entry. The form was in two parts. The first part was taken by the authorities on arrival in US. The second was supposed to be returned on departure. But the second part is still attached to my passport now!! I failed to realize this was supposed to be returned.
Since I am applying for a US business visa, I suddenly realize this now..
Can someone please help?
