    L1 visa stamping

    Hi, I and my husband are going for L1/L2 visa stamping to chennai. We have a 16 month old baby who is a US citizen and does not need stamping. I cannot leave him alone in bangalore, nor in chennai hotel. My question is since he does not have an appointment nor the need for stamping, will he be allowed to accompany us into the counslate while we go for stamping?
