I presently work for a client in Philadelphia through my Employer X. I came to USA on L1B visa, 1 yr back. Now my visa has expired, but have valid I-94. I plan to go to India and come back on a new L1B. I have been employed continously and have all months paystubs, other documents etc
My question is
(a) Will i face any problem during visa interview
(b) I have a 3yr degree will that cause any problem
